There are a number of different ways you can have your say.

• PPG meeting – Tuesday 29th April 2025 1pm at Netherton health centre.
• Survey – complete a short survey, https://forms.office.com/e/Ufgsf5CmTE , patients can collect a paper copy of the short survey from the reception at both sites.
• Drop in session at Netherton health centre on Monday 28th April 4:30pm, we have previously had  two drop in sessions one at each site.
