... and here are the results! In general we're quite pleased that you are pleased. We have taken note that 3 or 4 people were not satisfied and have looked at their comments in detail.
We turned the comments on the questionnaire into a "word cloud". (The size of the word shows how often that word was used by patients.) Here is what you said about us:
