We can nearly always offer routine appointments within 3 working days and we will see urgent cases on the same day by arrangement. We can also reply to telephone queries, usually on the same day. If a medical issue cannot wait until we are next open then please call 111 for urgent advice. If you are suffering a true medical emergency then call 999.
In the Dudley and Netherton area, practices are working in partnership to provide additional GP appointments. If you need access to an evening or weekend non-urgent appointment, please call and speak to the receptionist at your registered practice during normal opening hours. Your appointment may be with another practice in the area and may not be at your registered practice.

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with the practice nurse rather than a doctor. Our practice nurse is qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
Did you know you can book your appointment online?
Using online services makes it more convenient for people at our practice, as there’s no need to make a phone call or visit us. Computer, smartphone or tablet users can make or cancel an appointment at a time that suits them, even when the practice is closed.
If you are not already registered for GP online services please let a member of the practice team know you would like to use this service.
